Contra celebrated an important milestone with a special weekend at Hotel Cerere in Paestum, a symbolic setting whose name recalls the Greek goddess associated with prosperity, growth and fertility, values that perfectly reflect the Group’s journey. The occasion paid tribute to Chairman Nicola Cannavacciuolo, CEO Ermanno Giamberini and CFO Vincenzo Botto, three professionals who, for more than four decades, have continued to shape the company’s future with determination and a strong team spirit.

Contra’s success stems from the union of three distinct personalities, those of its founding partners, who have transformed their individual strengths into a shared force, creating a remarkable balance of expertise, experience and vision. A winning formula that continues to guide the company in the world of logistics and freight forwarding.

The weekend brought together not only employees, but also their families, because every achievement is the result of the daily commitment of people who share goals, responsibilities and sacrifices. Celebrating together means recognising the value of everyone who contributes to Contra’s growth each day.

The event also provided the opportunity to introduce COREANDCO. the new company dedicated to marketing and communication. The project was created with the aim of sharing and enhancing experiences, expertise and visions. It will be led by Raffaela Di Capua, already Head of Contra’s Communication Department, who will give voice to the values that have guided the company over the years and develop new opportunities for connection between people, ideas and the future.

Not a final destination, but a new beginning, continuing to grow together with the same passion.
