In the heart of Salerno’s historic centre, within the rooms of Palazzo Fruscione, Contra Group explored Fabrizio De André’s Infiniti Mondi through a guided journey dedicated to the team and developed in collaboration with the Tempi Moderni Cultural Association.
A visit that turned the exhibition into a shared experience. Not only a cultural moment, but a collective narrative, weaving together art, memory, civic engagement and territory.
With “Infiniti Mondi. A Journey into the Poetry of Fabrizio De André”, Tempi Moderni guides visitors into the human and poetic universe of one of the most profound voices in Italian culture. Through photography, illustration, drawings and visual works, the exhibition restores the enduring power of De André’s gaze, a gaze turned towards fragility, freedom, the margins, contradictions and the dignity of people.

For Contra Group, the visit became an opportunity to experience culture as a space for connection. A moment outside the ordinary rhythm of corporate life, yet close to the company’s identity, because encounters with art, places and stories also help build belonging, awareness and the quality of relationships.
From this perspective, team building moves beyond recreation and becomes a shared cultural experience. Not simply being together, but sharing a perspective. Not simply taking part in an initiative, but entering a narrative capable of creating bonds and a shared memory.
The value of the initiative was made even more meaningful by the guidance of Tempi Moderni, a cultural organisation that, through projects such as Infiniti Mondi, helps make Salerno a city to be read, listened to and experienced. Not merely the setting for the experience, but an integral part of the story.
For Contra, an international organisation with strong roots in Salerno, closeness to the territory also takes shape through the support of culture, attention to the organisations that bring it to life and the choice to create opportunities where business, people and community can meet in an authentic way.
It is a concrete form of corporate responsibility, not a statement of principle, but a presence made of relationships, participation and the return of value to the territory.
Doing business also means recognising the value of the places where growth takes root and contributing, with continuity and measure, to giving value back to people and territories.
A weekend dedicated to art, sharing and beauty.
A way to come together.
A way to grow into a more conscious community.
